The car was clean, comfortable and had no major issues. The only thing I noticed was that some of the tint was a bit blurry, especially through the rear mirror, so visibility could be better.

The staff were very friendly, punctual and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Honestly, I never expected to need a replacement car. My car was hit from behind while waiting at a traffic light, and it reminded me that accidents can happen anytime.
