Got a replacement from this company - a Bezza - during my time my car has to be sent to repair. They agreed to send and pick up the car at the workshop, which is very helpful. The car given was clean and comfortable, almost like a brand new car - which shows that they really take care of their cars. Before giving the key, the staff will show around the car's exterior and pointed out if there's any defects so that you give back in the same condition as they showed you before. (Eg if there's a scratch before you receive the key, it stays that way and they're not gonna point fingers at you because it's already there when you receive it.) Very satisfied as you can set the timing with their staffs on when to meet up. Absolutely recommended to others👍
